Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Satellite Deployable Node program - SME III - Field Service Technician who will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting communications and network systems within a DoD C5ISR environment. This role ensures system integrity, operational readiness, and compliance with government standards while delivering technical training and assistance to users on system operations across numerous maritime telecommunications platforms. The position combines hands-on cybersecurity engineering, system lifecycle support, and user training to enhance mission effectiveness. Work in a fast-paced challenging environment. Opportunity to travel both within the United States and overseas. Works with advanced telecommunications equipment.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing customer support through the performance of on-site product/solution installation and sustainment. Performs any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems in maritime environments. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. Generate and maintain work orders and shipping / returns of equipment requiring maintenance using the program's logistical database.
Qualifications:
Required Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance and be SCI eligible. Must be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 60lbs in coordination with a partner (30lbs individual load share) through narrow ship ladder wells, steep ramps, and tight maritime environments, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time both CONUS and OCONUS. Must possess, at a minimum, 12 years of hands-on experience working with Joint Warfighter C5ISR systems. Desired Current

Pay Range :
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
