We're building a strong team and looking for someone who wants to grow with us. Position Overview We are hiring a dependable, hands-on Field Technician to assist with onsite work for our clients. This role is focused on physical installations, basic troubleshooting, and supporting our technical team in the field. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning technology, and being part of a fast-growing company. Key Responsibilities Run and terminate Ethernet (Cat5e/Cat6) cabling Install and mount equipment (access points, cameras, racks, workstations) Assist with access control and security system installations Perform basic onsite IT troubleshooting Set up computers, printers, and network-connected devices Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently Qualifications Basic understanding of IT or networking (preferred but not required) Experience with cabling, construction, or low-voltage work is a plus Comfortable using tools and working on ladders/ceilings when needed Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication and professionalism with clients What We Provide Company work truck for job sites Tools and equipment needed for the role On-the-job training and skill development What We're Looking For Someone dependable who shows up and gets the job done Willingness to learn and grow in the IT field Positive attitude and team-first mindset Growth Opportunity This role has the potential to grow into a full-time position with increased responsibility, higher pay, and benefits as the company continues to expand.
