Job Description
We're hiring individuals who are eager to learn, enjoy working with their hands, and are interested in developing technical skills in a field that continues to grow. What You'll Do Assist with the installation and maintenance of telecommunications services Work outdoors in a field-based environment Follow safety procedures and company standards Troubleshoot basic service issues and support technical installations Collaborate with team members to complete daily assignments Compensation & Benefits $18 per hour during a four-week paid training program Company vehicle and fuel card provided Tools, equipment, and safety gear supplied Performance-based earning opportunities after training Career development and advancement opportunities What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Comfortable performing physical work outdoors Ability to remain professional and productive in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and dependable attendance Qualifications Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Comfortable working at heights when required Ability to work in varying weather conditions Valid U.S. driver's license Must pass a background check and drug screening Availability for evening, overnight, and weekend schedules as needed Paid training begins June 29, 2026, in Akron, OH.
