As a Field Technician, you will support fiber optic installation projects in both underground and aerial environments while helping ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. The Field Technician is responsible for assisting with job site preparation, cable installation, equipment operation, and general field support. This is a direct hire opportunity. Entry level candidates start at $18/hr. Experienced candidates start at $20+/hr based on experience.

Available shifts include:

Monday- Friday 7:00 am- 4:00 pm, with some flexibility. Responsibilities of the

Field Technician:

Assist with underground and aerial fiber optic installations. Prepare and maintain worksites, tools, and equipment. Dig trenches, backfill, and assist with pole and cable installation. Support equipment operators through spotting, signaling, and utility locating. Set up traffic control devices and maintain a safe work environment. Operate equipment such as mowers, brush chippers, and other jobsite tools. Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, equipment, and worksites. Required Qualifications of the

Field Technician:

Previous construction, utility, or telecommunications experience preferred. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong physical stamina and safety awareness. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Valid driver's license preferred.
