Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated low voltage Field Technician to join our team. The Field Technician will be responsible for providing on-site support to diagnose and resolve technical issues for our clients. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency in low voltage systems, and excellent communication skills.

Duties:

• Travel to client locations to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on telecommunication equipment
• Utilize hand tools to troubleshoot and repair cabling and wiring issues
• Conduct field service visits to ensure equipment is functioning properly
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
• Test and configure Cisco routers and other networking devices
• Use an ohmmeter to measure electrical resistance and diagnose electrical problems

Requirements:

• networking / low voltage knowledge.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
• Experience working with hand tools and cabling
• Knowledge of field service procedures and best practices
• Familiarity with Cisco routers and networking equipment is a plus
