We're looking for motivated individuals to join fiber network projects in Enid, Oklahoma, and surrounding areas. Paid training, tools, and continuous support will be provided.

Compensation:

$23/hour during training and after certificationKey Responsibilities Install and terminate fiber-optic cables in residential and outdoor environments Route and secure fiber lines according to company standards Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure reliable internet connectivity Identify and resolve service or signal issues Document installations and completed work accurately Provide professional customer support during service appointments Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently Follow all company safety protocols and procedures Training Program Classroom training covering fiber-optic fundamentals, safety practices, and equipment usage Hands-on field experience alongside experienced technicians Opportunity to transition into full-time field assignments in the Enid area after successful completion Benefits & Perks $23/hour starting pay from day one Paid technical training with hands-on experience Company vehicle, tools, uniforms, fuel card, and safety equipment provided Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and employee stock purchase plan Long-term career growth and advancement opportunities Qualifications Ability to lift 60-80 lbs Comfortable working on ladders up to 36 feet high Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record check High school diploma or GED required Fiber-optic experience is a plus, but not required Build a stable and rewarding career in fiber technology with MasTec Advanced Technologies.
