Local city and surrounding service areas (within approximately a 90-minute travel radius) Why Join MasTec Starting pay of $23/hour beginning on your first day Paid four-week training program combining classroom instruction and hands-on field experience Company-provided take-home vehicle with fuel included Tools and equipment supplied — only lace-up work boots required Opportunities for advancement into leadership and management positions Independent, fast-paced work environment with autonomy and daily variety Responsibilities Install and activate residential fiber and coax internet, TV, and phone services Route, organize, and secure cabling through attics, crawlspaces, basements, and exterior access points Troubleshoot connectivity and equipment issues and complete necessary repairs Test systems and equipment to verify proper functionality and service quality Deliver professional, customer-focused service while representing MasTec in the field Qualifications Comfortable working on ladders within a 375-lb combined weight limit Ability to lift and carry 60-80 lbs and work at heights up to 36 feet Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Willingness to travel to Stillwater, OK for training (hotel accommodations provided for qualifying distances) Training begins June 1st — apply today and start building a long-term career with MasTec Advanced Technologies.
