Stevens Realty is a property management company seeking an experienced Internet Cable Technician to support residential properties.
Job Overview:
This role involves handling installations, repairs, and troubleshooting internet and cable systems based on tenant service requests and approved work orders.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain internet/cable lines and equipment Troubleshoot internet connectivity and signal issues Run, terminate, and test coaxial and Ethernet (Cat5/Cat6) cables Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Clearly document and report job completion
Requirements:
