Job Overview As a Self Employed professional, you will have the opportunity to manage your own business while providing essential services to your community. This role requires a diverse skill set, allowing you to work independently and collaborate with colleagues on daily operational work completion. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service Duties Daily Communication Job Completion within Designed Scope Work Tracking Work Submission Material Management Equipment Management Requirements Own Truck/Work Vehicle Or Renting Own Tools Or Renting Power Tool Experience Ladder Experience Home Structure Knowledge Good Customer Service Willingness to Learn Willingness to Travel to Other Work Locations If Needed ( APPROX 1 Hour Distances) Scope of Work Install residential fiber optic, internet, television, and telephone services. Run aerial or underground service drops from utility poles or network terminals to customer homes. Install, activate, and configure ONTs, modems, routers, set-top boxes, and telephone equipment. Perform inside and outside wiring, cable terminations, and equipment mounting. Troubleshoot and repair internet, TV, and phone service issues. Test signal levels, fiber light levels, and network performance using appropriate diagnostic equipment. Replace defective cables, connectors, and customer-premise equipment as needed. Complete work orders, service documentation, and testing records accurately. Provide professional customer service and explain equipment operation when required. Follow all company safety policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations. Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition. Ensure all installations and repairs meet quality, performance, and customer satisfaction standards. This Self Employed position offers the flexibility of managing your own daily schedule while utilizing your construction skills to provide valuable services within the community to meet the clients standards and complete a successful route daily .
