Retail Systems Support Specialist

Come and join our Edge One Team as a Retail Systems Support Specialist in Stoughton, WI. This position is ideal for a college graduate that studied IT, networking, hardware. This employee will help with customer implementation, merchant technology support. This position will provide hands-on technology deployment. if you are looking for real-world IT experience and field implementation experience this position is perfect for you! This position will be provided with a company vehicle that they will use to travel during the day. Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, weekend on call coverage for phone calls as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking concepts required. 2. Ability to perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems, repair and replace parts. 3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 4.. Must be able to demonstrate ability to work well in a team environment, displaying a strong work ethic and integrity. 5. Must be willing to attend training classes as requested/as needed. (out of state.) 6. Ideal background in field service, IT, computers, mechanical. 7. Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking or related field preferred but not required. 8. Must have a valid drivers license, and clean driving record to be insurable and drive a company vehicle. 9. Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen. 10. Must pass a pre-employment background check.
