Job Description

Stevens Realty is a property management company seeking an experienced Internet Cable Technician to handle installations, repairs, and troubleshooting for residential properties. Work is assigned based on tenant service requests and approved work orders.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain internet/cable lines and related equipment Troubleshoot connectivity and signal issues Run, terminate, and test coaxial and Ethernet (Cat5/Cat6) cabling Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Communicate job completion and findings clearly
Requirements:
Experience as an internet/cable technician Knowledge of coax, Cat5/Cat6 cabling Must have own tools and equipment Reliable transportation Ability to work independently
