Responsibilities:

• Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues in the field (Commercial Businesses)
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on networking systems
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of network systems and equipment
• Proficiency in analyzing and diagnosing problems
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Experience as a field service/telecommunications technician is preferred but training is available The overall role requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while working in the field.
