You set your schedule, we provide the well-paid work. You get paid per job completed, with dedicated contractors averaging $2,000

• $3,000+ per week.

Your Role:

As a Telecommunications Technician, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, delivering professional and efficient service. Your primary focus will be on installing, activating, and servicing our lightning-fast internet service.

• Run fiber optic cable from the street to the residence (aerial or underground).
• Drill necessary entry holes and safely set up interior wiring.
• Install, mount, and configure customer premises equipment (Wi-Fi routers, ONTs).
• Perform basic setup and educate the customer on their new service.
• Ensure a clean, professional, and high-quality installation every time. What You NEED to Start (Minimum Requirements):
• A reliable vehicle with the ability to securely attach a ladder rack.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• A professional appearance and excellent customer service attitude.
• A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a desire to learn.
• Ability to work a physically active job (10-hour days, lifting 50+ lbs, climbing ladders, working in attics/crawl spaces).
