Texas Security License, Valid Driver's License The Opportunity You will serve as the premier on-site technical leader driving the deployment of advanced security and networking infrastructure across the region. This role gives you the autonomy to guide small field crews while directly shaping the quality standards of a rapidly scaling company. You will have a direct pathway to advance into higher operational leadership positions as our market share expands. How You Will Make an Impact Lead the physical installation, programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning of access control and IP-based camera systems. Supervise and coordinate the daily field activities of two to three installation technicians on active project sites. Keep detailed documentation regarding customer contact and progress on various projects. Interpret complex blueprints, wiring diagrams, project specifications, and construction documents to guide team execution. Train, mentor, and develop less experienced field technicians through hands-on coaching and technical knowledge sharing. Troubleshoot intricate system infrastructure issues involving hardware, software, networking components, and field devices. Coordinate directly with project managers, customers, and other on-site trades to ensure seamless project execution. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in low-voltage systems installation and service. Extensive technical experience with access control systems and IP-based video surveillance networks. Strong understanding of structured cabling, low-voltage wiring practices, and networking fundamentals. Proven ability to lead, manage, and coordinate small field installation teams. Preferred Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or GED. Texas Fire License. Manufacturer certifications in access control, video surveillance, networking, or audio/video systems. Dedicated experience working within multifamily and commercial project environments. OSHA certification or equivalent industry safety training.
