Internet Technician

Responsibilities:

• Must have your own truck or van with standard hand tools and a ladder
• Install and configure satellite systems for residential and commercial customers
• Perform service calls and troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues with satellite equipment
• Conduct site surveys to determine the best placement of satellite dishes
• Run and terminate coaxial and Ethernet cables for network installation
• Set up and configure Fusion routers for internet connectivity
• Perform cabling as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a service technician or in a related field
• Ability to work in the field and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting heavy equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
