Local market and surrounding cities (within a 90-minute travel radius) What We Offer Performance-based earnings

• Get paid per completed job through a piece-rate compensation structure Paid training
• Four-week program with classroom instruction and hands-on field experience at $15/hour Company vehicle
• Take-home van with fuel included Tools and safety equipment
• All required gear provided from day one Career advancement
