About the Role We are seeking dedicated independent contractors to join our network as a Furniture and Fitness Equipment Installation Specialist. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by professionally transporting and assembling high-quality products, directly impacting the end-user experience through precision and reliability. Responsibilities Execute the safe transport and precise installation of fitness equipment and home furnishings to residential locations. Ensure all products are assembled according to technical specifications to guarantee safety and functionality. Deliver a premium service experience by maintaining clear communication and professionalism with every client. Optimize daily logistics by coordinating effectively with dispatch teams to manage delivery windows. Manage essential documentation and digital verification to ensure accurate service reporting. Utilize mechanical aptitude and tool proficiency to resolve assembly challenges on-site. Qualifications Required Skills Must operate as a two-person team with a reliable, adequately insured van or box truck. Possess a valid EIN and maintain professional business standards. Proven ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks consistently. Strong communication skills and proficiency with mobile technology for route and task management. Must pass comprehensive background, drug, and motor vehicle record screenings. Preferred Skills Prior professional experience in furniture assembly, appliance delivery, or logistics. Demonstrated history of providing high-level customer service in a field-based role. Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
