Motorcycle Technician C3 Works AZ Phoenix, AZ Job Details Full-time $40 - $60 an hour 22 hours ago Qualifications Powersports engine repair Maintaining an organized workspace Driver's License Automotive electrical faults troubleshooting Electrical diagnostics Engine repair Powersports electrical troubleshooting Clean workspace maintenance Full Job Description C3WORKS - Lead Motorcycle Technician / Shop ManagerPhoenix, Arizona C3WORKS is looking for an experienced A-Level Motorcycle Technician to help run daily shop operations and lead repairs inside a fast-growing performance and service shop specializing in sport bikes, diagnostics, crash rebuilds, and electrical troubleshooting. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who can diagnose, repair, organize, and operate at a high level without constant supervision.
What You'll Be Working On:
Japanese sport bikes (Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Honda) Diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting Engine repair and top-end work Valve inspections and adjustments Crash rebuilds and insurance tear-downs Suspension and chassis work Performance part installs Wiring and harness repairs Full motorcycle inspections and repair planning
Responsibilities:
Perform high-level diagnostics and repairs Manage workflow and shop efficiency Help oversee other technicians/apprentices if needed Create accurate repair recommendations Maintain clean and organized work areas Communicate repair status and findings clearly Ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time Assist with parts verification and quality control Help maintain professional shop standards and reputation
Requirements:
Advanced motorcycle repair experience Strong electrical diagnostic ability Comfortable performing engine and valve work Able to work independently without micromanagement Professional attitude and good communication Clean and organized work habits Valid driver's license Experience with modern sport bikes preferred
Bonus Skills:
Race/performance setup experience Fabrication or custom wiring experience Dyno tuning familiarity Experience with shop management systems Experience training junior technicians
