Motorcycle Mechanic

Job Overview The Motor Cafe is taking applications for a Motorcycle Technician. We are seeking a qualified, detail oriented, and reliable individual with a passion for motorcycles to join our service team. Our dealership is located in Campbell, CA near 85 and 17.

Job Expectations:

Include, but are not limited to:

• Basic motorcycle servicing, repair and accessory installation.
• Effectively diagnose motorcycles in a timely manner.
• Perform warranty work per warranty guidelines.
• Some minor modification and fabrication of parts for custom jobs.
• Communicate effectively with the service manager and customers when necessary.
• Complete jobs within allotted labor times with excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Maintain a well-organized and clean work area.
• Versatile team player willing to adapt and adjust to get the job done.
• Willing to travel for training
• Test ride completed jobs to verify work performed.

Job Requirements:

• A passion for motorcycles and riding.
• Ducati, KTM & Husqvarna factory level trained a plus.
• Independent shop or dealership tech experience a plus.
• Have most of your own tools. (factory specific tools supplied)
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Willingness to work Tuesday
• Saturday full-time schedule, plus events.
• Stable work history and verifiable references.
• Drive to succeed in a team and performance based environment.
• Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement
