Full Job Description Job Overview:
DNA Motor Lab is looking for an experienced Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team. We're seeking someone with 5+ years of motorcycle repair experience who takes pride in their work, maintains a positive attitude, and is always willing to continue learning and growing. We work on a wide variety of motorcycles and repairs, so adaptability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on motorcycles Perform routine maintenance and full service work Complete approved repair and maintenance labor efficiently and accurately Create parts lists and repair recommendations based on inspections and diagnostics Read and follow service manuals, technical diagrams, and manufacturer procedures Perform electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics Complete engine tear-downs, repairs, and rebuilds Inspect motorcycles and communicate repair needs clearly Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Work collaboratively with team members to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of motorcycle systems and components Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters Experience with vehicle maintenance procedures and safety protocols Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and repair guides accurately Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail Effective communication skills to explain repairs clearly to customers and team members Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to hone their motorcycle repair skills while contributing to a vibrant team dedicated to excellence.
