Marine Boat Mechanic

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marine Boat Mechanic to join our team. Tasks include general boat repair and maintenance, diagnotics, activations, winterizations etc. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their boats operate reliably on the water. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on marine engines, electrical systems. Perform activations, winterizations, oil changes, impeller replacement etc. Utilize hand tools. Assist with maintaining detailed service records, complete maintenance logs, and document repairs following safety standards and company procedures. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction with the work performed. Skills Proven experience as a service technician or mechanic within the marine industry. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience related to marine systems. Skilled in using general hand tools. Familiarity with electrical troubleshooting using ohmmeters and other precision measuring instruments. Knowledge of maintenance best practices for marine engines. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during repairs or installations.
