Marine Technician Apprentice [Paid Training - Career Opportunity]

We are busy, well-established boatyard in Ventura, Ca. looking to hire a motivated, hands-on apprentice who wants to build a long-term career in the marine industry. This is not just a job, we will train the right person in marine electrical, engines, hydraulics and full boat systems. If you are willing to work hard and learn, we will invest in you.

What you will do:

Assist with marine electrical installs and troubleshooting. Work on engines, pumps and onboard systems. Help rig electronics [Garmin, Simrad, etc.]. Perform general boatyard work and repairs. Learn diagnostics and real-world problem solving.

What we are looking for:

Reliable and shows up on time - non-negotiable. Good attitude and willingness to learn. Mechanically inclined [auto, bikes, boats, etc.] Not afraid to work outdoors or get dirty. Basic hand tools are a plus.
