We are looking for these qualities: Experienced UTV, ATV and Motorcycle technicians Ability to operate at a high level of efficiency while maintaining the highest level of quality control Experience and certification for Honda, Polaris, KTM, CanAm, or Indian Motorcycle a plus but not required. Time management skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Driven/Motivated Teamwork oriented individuals Customer satisfaction oriented Developed communication skills
Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics to identify issues with motorcycles, UTVs, and ATVs. Assemble new motorcycles, UTVs, and ATVs. Conduct vehicle maintenance and repairs, including brake repair and assembly. Utilize mechanical knowledge and hand/power tools for efficient troubleshooting and solutions. Ensure quality control by adhering to industry standards and best practices. Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
HS Diploma or Equivalent Valid Drivers License and Good Driving Record Motorcycle Endorsement
- Not negotiable and must be obtained within 30 days Must own your own tools or have ability to purchase necessary tools for job completion Previous powersports repair experience preferred Basic computer and related technology skills necessary for this position
Work Hours:
Tuesday
- Friday 9am-6pm Saturday 9am-5pm Additional hours as required on event nights If you like to work hard and stay busy all while being a part of a family owned, tight knit team of individuals, then we would love to talk with you.
