Golf Cart Technician / Mechanic Windsor, Colorado $20+ Per Hour DOE + Commission Opportunities Monday - Friday | Full-Time About Legacy Carts Legacy Carts is a growing leader in golf cart sales, service, customization, and warranty repair. We are seeking an experienced Golf Cart Technician / Mechanic who enjoys building custom carts, installing accessories, troubleshooting electrical systems, and delivering exceptional workmanship. Job Summary The Golf Cart Technician will be responsible for assembly, customization, maintenance, diagnostics, repair, OEM warranty work, and customer support for electric and gas-powered golf carts. Key Responsibilities Disassemble and reassemble golf carts for repairs, upgrades, and custom builds. Install lift kits, LED lighting systems, enclosures, wheels, tires, audio systems, and 12-volt accessories. Diagnose and repair electrical systems using wiring diagrams and schematics. Troubleshoot controllers, motors, batteries, chargers, and related systems. Complete OEM warranty repairs according to manufacturer standards. Perform inspections, testing, and quality control procedures. Pick up and deliver customer golf carts when required. Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation. Keep shop areas clean, organized, and safe. Required Qualifications Experience as a Golf Cart Technician, Powersports Technician, Automotive Technician, or Small Engine Mechanic preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills. Ability to read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics. Experience with aftermarket accessories and custom upgrades. Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience Club Car, E-Z-GO, Yamaha, ICON, Evolution, Star EV, or similar brands. Lithium battery systems and electrical diagnostics. Custom wiring and vehicle customization. Warranty claim processing and OEM service procedures. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay of $20+ per hour depending on experience. Performance-based commission opportunities.
