Full Job Description Overview:
We are currently seeking a full time skilled and experienced Motorcycle Technician to join our team. Must have own tools and motorcycle license. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of mechanical tasks, including scheduled maintenance, tire mounting and balancing, brake repair, and motorcycle diagnostics. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our dealership. Work hours are Tuesday throughSaturday Off Sundays and Mondays Responsibilities:
- Perform brake repairs and replacements
- Weld and solder components as needed
- Assemble various mechanical parts and systems
- Conduct motorcyle diagnostics to identify and resolve issues
- Complete repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in motorcyle diagnostics
- Ability to suspend heavy objects when necessary
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
