  • We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and detail-oriented
  • Motorcycle Technician
  • to join our premier European service team.
In this role, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair a premium lineup of motorcycles and scooters, ranging from iconic Italian scooters to high-performance sportbikes. Beyond standard maintenance, our service department is heavily focused on customization. You will play a key role in bringing our customers' visions to life by installing premium accessories and executing high-level performance upgrades.
Key Responsibilities Diagnostics & Repair:
Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues on modern and vintage European models. •
Performance Upgrades:
Install aftermarket and factory performance parts, including full exhaust systems, fuel management maps/tuners, upgraded suspension components, and high-performance engine components.
Accessory Installation:
Fit and install custom accessories such as luggage systems, carbon fiber components, upgraded lighting, protective guards, and specialized ergonomics (bars, pegs, seats).
Routine Maintenance:
Perform scheduled maintenance services, including oil changes, valve adjustments, fluid flushes, brake services, and tire installations. Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI): Assemble, inspect, customize, and test-ride new units arriving from the manufacturer to ensure they meet safety, performance, and build standards.
Documentation:
Clear and accurate logging of all completed work, diagnostic findings, and parts used on service repair orders.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a motorcycle technician. Specific experience with aftermarket performance tuning and accessory installation is a major asset.
Brand Familiarity:
Experience working with Piaggio Group brands (Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Vespa) or Ducati is highly preferred.
Technical Certifications:
Factory training or MMI (Motorcycle Mechanics Institute) certification is a strong plus. Must possess a complete set of standard hand tools and metrics suitable for motorcycle repair. Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean record and a motorcycle endorsement (M license) Benefits & Compensation
