Pay During first 90 Days is $20 Per Hour, 40 Hours during training then after 90 days it moves to Base Pay of $30k per year and 5% commission on sales, Most Technicians will make 50-60k their first year depending on sales Responsibilities

• Consulation with clients to go over everything and sell the product on the boat
• Installation of SeaDek Marine Flooring on all sizes and types of boats.
• Accurately template and measure a boats square footage
• Prioritize daily schedule with office staff
• Travel with a company vehicle in the SW Florida area
• Communicate well with clients
• Team player Qualifications

• Installer
