In this energetic role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of motorcycle models with precision and enthusiasm. Your expertise will ensure every motorcycle leaves the shop in peak condition, providing customers with safe, reliable, and high-performance rides. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and technology in a fast-paced environment that celebrates mechanical mastery and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on motorcycles using automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues quickly and accurately. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire replacements, fluid checks, and scheduled inspections to keep motorcycles running smoothly. Repair or replace mechanical components such as brakes, suspension parts, drive chains, and electrical systems with precision using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques. Assemble motorcycle parts and perform detailed inspections to ensure quality control before returning vehicles to customers. Execute specialized repairs such as brake repair, suspension adjustments, welding repairs, and component replacements with attention to safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while documenting all repairs accurately in service records for transparency and future reference. Qualifications Proven dealership experience or service technician experience working with motorcycles preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in diagnostics and repairs. Ability to lift heavy motorcycle parts safely during repairs or installations; physical stamina is essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics software and troubleshooting techniques. Additional skills such as sales experience or familiarity with heavy lifting are considered a plus but are not mandatory.
