  • Jensen Beach, FL 1114 NE Industrial Blvd H2O Amphibious Inc builds advanced amphibious vehicles integrating marine systems, automotive systems, fiberglass fabrication, and marine electrical systems .
We are seeking an experienced Marine Mechanic / Marine Technician / Boat Mechanic with strong diagnostic skills and expert-level ABYC-compliant marine wiring experience . This role requires the ability to independently troubleshoot, rig, wire, and complete full system installations . Compensation $30
  • 45/hour (based on experience) Full-time | Overtime available | Long-term growth Responsibilities (Marine Mechanic / Technician Duties) Diagnose and repair gas marine engines (inboard / outboard systems) Install and service jet propulsion systems (Panther Jet, American Turbine) Perform marine rigging, mechanical installation, and drivetrain integration Conduct fiberglass hull integration, modification, and repair Install and troubleshoot marine fuel systems, cooling systems, and steering systems Marine Electrical / Wiring (CORE FOCUS): Design and install ABYC-compliant marine electrical systems Perform marine wiring, harness building, and electrical troubleshooting Execute proper wire sizing, voltage drop calculations, and load analysis Install marine batteries, battery cables, bus bars, switches, and distribution panels Select and install fuses, breakers, and circuit protection per ABYC standards Build clean, labeled, serviceable marine wiring systems Requirements (Keywords Included for Matching) 5-10+ years experience as a Marine Mechanic, Marine Technician, Boat Mechanic, or Marine Service Technician Strong experience with marine electrical systems and marine wiring (ABYC compliant
REQUIRED
) Deep understanding of ABYC standards, marine electrical codes, and marine system installation Proven ability in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of marine systems Experience with gas engines, rigging, and mechanical systems Highly Desired Keywords /
Experience:
