Mobile Marine Technician - West Palm Beach to Stuart, Florida

We are continuing to expand our marine service operations across the region and are currently seeking Mobile Marine Repair Technicians to support customers from West Palm Beach to Stuart, Florida.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced marine technicians. The role is hands-on and field-based, involving the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of onboard systems including mechanical, electrical (AC/DC), plumbing, and hydraulic components.

This position involves traveling to customer locations to diagnose, service, and repair a variety of marine systems and onboard equipment. Key Responsibilities Perform mobile repairs, diagnostics, and scheduled maintenance on marine systems and equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic issues efficiently Accurately document service work and communicate findings with customers and management Represent Hartman Yacht Maintenance professionally in the field Maintain safe work practices and an organized job site Preferred Experience & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the marine industry in a repair role Own basic tools required for the position Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Fluent in English Comfortable working outdoors in marine environments Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset Stable work history with a dependable, long-term approach to employment Benefits Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Retirement plan Employee discounts Flexible scheduling Training and advancement opportunities Pay Range In the range of 80K-100K annually.
