We're growing fast and looking for motivated crew members who take pride in their work and want to learn a valuable trade. What you'll do Washdowns, drying, glass and interior wipe-downs Assist with polishing, buffing, and compounding (with training) Maintain tools and equipment; follow safety and quality standards Work outdoors on boats of all sizes What we offer Competitive pay (discussed during interview) Raises tied to skill progression: washdowns → polishing → compounding Weekly bonus opportunities for reliability and quality work Travel pay for occasional Florida Keys assignments Clear advancement path: Assistant → Technician I → Technician II → Lead Technician Who we're looking for Reliable and detail-oriented, willing to work outdoors in Miami's climate Able to commute to Miami marinas (occasional Keys travel with compensation) Comfortable with physical, hands-on work around water Detailing or marine experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person Work authorization in the U.S.
Schedule Part-time:
typically 15-30 hours per week, with peak weeks reaching up to 35 Day shifts; occasional weekends as needed How to apply Apply directly through Indeed with a resume or short summary of experience and availability.
