Duties Greet customers enthusiastically in person, on the phone and electronically, assess their needs, and recommend suitable inventory. Sell remotely and in person. Assist customers through the sales process, providing detailed product information and financing/lease options. Perform mechanical diagnostics using your knowledge and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire replacements, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and reconditioning. Utilize hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, and heavy lifting techniques to repair and service vehicles efficiently. Diagnose mechanical problems related to engines, brakes, suspension systems, and electrical components; execute repairs with precision. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality control procedures while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs or sales features clearly and addressing any questions confidently. Qualifications Proven experience, certification or background in motorcycle and ATV repair is highly preferred. Demonstrated service technician experience with a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems. Knowledge of and ability to execute vehicle maintenance procedures. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
