Cycle Springs Powersports, LLC, a division of the Dimmitt Automotive Group, is seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about excellence and driven to succeed. Job Description Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus depending upon skills, experience and certifications! The Marine Technician is responsible for the diagnosis, repair and service maintenance of jet boats and personal watercraft, while following Company guidelines and procedures. Diagnose, repair and service jet boats and personal watercraft. Completes warrantied repairs to manufacturer specifications. Completes all routine maintenance. Troubleshoots problems with systems. Communicates timeframe for repairs and service needed with Service Advisor. Install new parts as needed. Performs repairs. Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements Ability to:
Create a safe work environment where everyone is treated with dignity, compassion and respect. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose root of problem. Ability to identify proper tools and equipment needed for repairs. Willing and able to communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding the status of repair orders. Highly professional, organized, and dependable. Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including Saturday. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow directions and meet goals. Maintain and uphold safety standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years related technician experience in the powersports industry required. Formal training and certification in watercraft mechanics program highly preferred. Factory certified from Yamaha, Sea-Doo, Kawasaki, Scarab highly preferred. Unrestricted valid Florida driver license. Clean driving record Excellent work history Excellent customer service skills Meticulous attention to detail Benefits Group Benefits eligibility for full-time associates is 1st of month after 60 days.
The plan includes:
Subsidized Health Insurance with eligibility the first of the month following 60 days of service Company funded Group Term Life and matching AD&D i n the amount of $5,000.00 PTO available with cashout option after the completion of 1 year of service Paid holidays after the completion of 90 days of service 401(K) eligibility after the completion of 60 days of service. A company match is provided up to 3% of the associate's contribution. Participants must be 21 years of age or older. o 10% vested after the completion of 1 year of service o 100% vested after the completion of 2 years of service Company funded Employee Assistance Program offering 6 counseling sessions per year for the associate, spouse, and dependent children Employee Discount Program to include sales and service
