This unique role offers the opportunity to work land based on diverse boat systems. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on boats, propulsion systems, electrical wiring, and hydraulic components. Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, belt replacements, and system calibrations to ensure vessels operate smoothly. Maintain detailed service records, complete maintenance logs, and communicate findings clearly with team members and customers. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician or mechanic Electrical experience prefered.
