Job Description

Overview We are hiring full-time Marine Technicians & Mechanics. Experience required. As a Marine Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and the maintenance of outboard motors used in boats, ensuring optimal performance and safety for our clients. Pay rate negotiable based on experience level/position and certification. Duties Proven experience as a Marine Mechanic or similar role, with expertise in marine engine repair, electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of marine equipment and systems, including engines (diesel and gasoline), steering & hydraulics, and marine electronics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various locations for service calls. Physical fitness and ability to work in varying weather conditions and confined spaces onboard vessels. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Qualifications Technical certification or degree in Marine Technology, or equivalent experience. Previous experience with specific brands or types of marine equipment (e.g., Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, Garmin, Simrad, etc... ). Experience in assembling mechanical systems is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
