  • Full-time Golf Cart and Outdoor Power Equipment Mechanic position @ Country Village Power.
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Small Engine, Outdoor Power Equipment, and Golf Cart Mechanic to repair, build, refurbish, and service new and used equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a mechanic and be comfortable working on golf carts, mowers and other small engine equipment under the guidance of a Shop Foreman. This is a full-time, hands-on role in a well-equipped, climate-controlled shop.
Qualifications Required:
  • 5+ years of experience as a mechanic (golf carts, small engines, or outdoor power equipment)
  • Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and repair skills
  • Ability to follow work instructions and collaborate with a Shop Foreman
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong Electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Availability to work full-time, day shifts
Preferred:
  • Experience with Yamaha Golf Cars
  • Familiarity with brands such as Stihl, Hustler, Ferris, and Altoz
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft and Google products
  • Experience with inventory or parts inventory protocalls Responsibilities
  • Build, repair, and assemble new and used golf carts and lawn equipment
  • Perform PDIs, inspections, adjustments, and road testing
  • Customize golf carts to customer specifications (wheels, tires, enclosures, and electrical accessories)
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
  • Collaborate with the Shop Foreman on repairs and other shop work
  • Order parts and assist with shop inventory
  • Maintain accurate service records and internal documentation
