Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Boat Dock Construction Worker with some construction experience to join our crew. This role involves assembling, repairing, and installing boat docks and marine structures. Work is physically demanding, often outdoors, and requires the ability to operate hand and power tools.

Work Environment:

The ability to work independently in outdoor environments, often with minimal supervision, strong physical endurance, good communication skill, adaptability to different locations, and willingness to travel

Responsibilities:

Assist in the construction, repair, and maintenance of boat docks. Use hand and power tools to assemble and install dock structures. Load, transport, and unload materials at job sites. Work in and around water safely while following company safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

Some construction, carpentry, or related experience preferred. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. Reliable transportation to the shop A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
