Lead Motorcycle Technician

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, self-sufficient Motorcycle Technician who can accurately diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of bikes with minimal supervision. This is for a professional who works fast, clean, and correctly — not someone still learning the basics.

Responsibilities:

Advanced diagnostics and repair (engine, electrical, fuel systems) Complete tear-downs and rebuilds when needed Routine maintenance performed efficiently and correctly Identify issues quickly and recommend proper solutions Maintain a clean, organized, professional workspace

$37.50 - $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
