Small Engine Mechanic

What you'll work on

• Power trowels
• Concrete saws
• Core drills
• Tampers
• Concrete vibrators
• Concrete buggies
• Generators What you'll do
• Diagnose and repair small engine construction equipment
• Troubleshoot gas engines, electrical issues, and mechanical systems
• Use service manuals, parts information, and manufacturer resources
• Test equipment after repair to verify proper operation
• Complete work orders and paperwork accurately and on time
• Perform repairs safely and efficiently Qualifications
• Experience in small engine, construction equipment, automotive, or related repair preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to read service information on paper and computer
• Must have own hand tools
