What You'll Do As an Entry-Level Technician, you'll work alongside experienced technicians while learning the skills needed to diagnose, maintain, and repair Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

Responsibilities include:

Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire installations, and inspections Assist senior technicians with repairs and diagnostics Install accessories and customization parts Prepare new and pre-owned motorcycles for delivery Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Learn Harley-Davidson service procedures and standards Complete required training and certification programs Document repairs and maintenance accurately Deliver quality workmanship and attention to detail What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude Desire to learn and build a long-term career Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Basic hand tool knowledge Motorcycle, automotive, powersports, farm equipment, or mechanical experience is a plus—but not required Technical school education is helpful but not required What You'll Gain This position is designed to help you grow into a highly skilled Harley-Davidson technician.
