Compensation and Benefits :
Fair pay depending on qualifications. Potential for $4000+ annual bonus. Full-time, benefit-eligible position. Benefits include but are not limited to: PTO- starting at 12 days/year with annual increases Paid holidays

Responsibilities Include:
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on electric and gas equipment. Diagnose technical issues and determine the best course of action for repairs. Maintain detailed records of all work performed. Ensure all tools and equipment are in proper working order and comply with safety standards. Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and efficiency. Maintain shop organization and cleanliness, including parts inventory. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications and skills:
Must be 18 years of age or older. Minimum of two years of previous experience in a similar role. Preferred technical education in small engine repair. Strong technical and mechanical skills with a focus on gas/electrical tools. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. A commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Ability to meet the physical requirements of this position, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Motivated self-starter with ability to multi-task.
