- Full-time We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Marine Mechanic to join our team at LightHouse Point Yacht Club.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnosis and Repair:
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in marine engines and systems, including inboard and outboard motors, transmissions, and drive systems.Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections to ensure vessels operate smoothly and efficiently.Installation:
Install new marine equipment, including engines, electrical systems, and navigation tools, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.Inspection:
Conduct thorough inspections of marine vessels to assess their condition and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance, and inspections performed. Provide detailed reports and recommendations to customers.Customer Service:
Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues, repairs, and maintenance needs. Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns.Safety:
