Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Small Engine/Agricultural Equipment Technician to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of small engines and agricultural equipment, ensuring optimal performance for our clients. Your expertise will help keep machinery running smoothly and efficiently, supporting essential infrastructure operations. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair small engines, including lawnmowers, trimmers, hand held blowers and agricultural machinery Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tune-ups Read schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues Repair diesel engines, generators, and heavy equipment components as needed Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques to complete repairs Conduct vehicle maintenance inspections to ensure safety and compliance Assist customers with equipment sales, providing knowledgeable recommendations and support Requirements Proven service technician background in small engine or agricultural equipment repair Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in engine repair and automotive systems Familiarity with schematics, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques Experience with generator repair, welding, soldering, and heavy lifting tasks Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and effectively Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values technical expertise and customer satisfaction! Pay:
