Job Description

The Boston Sailing Center is hiring employees for the 2026 season to help maintain our fleet of sailboats and assist members. We are looking for an experienced marine technician with skills in one or more of the following areas. This is a seasonal position with the potential to be hired full time, year-round. Diesel engine maintenance Outboard repair Fiberglass/gelcoat/painting experience Troubleshooting and installing marine electronics Rigging Sailing experience preferred. Friendly atmosphere with an ability to learn new skills. Sailing lessons and boat access available to all employees.
Pay:
$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
