Equipment Mechanic

Waverly Oaks Golf Club in Plymouth is seeking a full time Golf Course Mechanic who is a dedicated individual, self-sufficient and strives for excellence. The Golf course Mechanic is responsible for implementing and managing comprehensive preventative maintenance and service programs for all golf course maintenance equipment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Preventative maintenance Small engine repair Diesel repair Blade and reel sharpening Golf course equipment maintenance Preparing equipment for specific tasks.

Must have:

5-7 years Automotive experience Ability to diagnose mechanical problems Determine appropriate repairs and costs. Must be able to communicate effectively Keep records as well as read and interpret service manuals. Tools are provided but having your own tools are a plus. Shifts are typically from 5 am- 1pm, Monday-Friday. Compensation varies depending on experience Golf privileges offered. Please submit resume or cover letter detailing work experience.
