Motorcycle Technician

Job Overview Harrison's Custom Cycles is growing and we're looking to add a highly qualified motorcycle technician to our team. We are a performance-focused shop specializing in Harley-Davidson motorcycles, including general service, diagnostics, and dyno tuning. We're building reputation in the area and need someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a fast-growing shop. Strong experience working on Harley-Davidson motorcycles Ability to diagnose and repair motorcycle efficiency Experience with performance work (engine builds, bolt-ons, tuning) is a major plus Own tools required Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment Motorcycle Inspection License is a plus Qualifications Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repairs Complete jobs effciently and correctly the first time Communicate clearly with service advisor on job status Maintain a clean and organized work area Road test motorcycles as part of quality control Valid drivers license What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experiance) Performance-based earning potential Consistent workflow(no sitting around waiting for work) Oppertunity to work on performance builds and dyno tuning Growing shop with long-term opportunity
