Job Description

Our team performs everything from routine maintenance to complex repairs, helping keep vessels operating safely and reliably. Key Responsibilities:
Engine Diagnostics & Repair:
Troubleshoot, service, and overhaul inboard, outboard gas, and diesel marine propulsion systems.
System Maintenance:
Maintain, install, and repair complex onboard systems, including 12V/24V electrical, marine electronics, plumbing, and fuel systems.
Seasonal Operations:
Manage seasonal vessel commissioning and decommissioning.
Diagnostics:
Utilize electronic diagnostic tools, pressure gauges, and service manuals to accurately identify root causes of equipment failure.
Sea Trials:
Conduct routine dockside testing and open-water sea trials to verify repair performance and safety.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of professional mechanical experience, preferably in a boatyard or marine setting. Strong foundation in internal combustion engines(2-stroke/4-stroke), fuel systems, and basic 12V electrical systems. Ability to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, work comfortably in confined vessel spaces, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Must have a valid driver's license. Ownership of standard mechanical hand tools appropriate for the trade.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive pay Health Insurance Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays 401(k) with company match
Pay:
$16.00 - $30.00 per hour
