Position Overview The Motorcycle Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining customer motorcycles to factory standards. This position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service experiences and ensuring rider safety and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tires, brakes, batteries, scheduled services) Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, fuel, suspension, and drivetrain systems Perform warranty and recall repairs according to manufacturer guidelines Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new units Install performance parts and accessories Accurately document repairs and labor times in service management system Maintain a clean and organized work area Stay current with factory training and certifications Qualifications Previous motorcycle or powersports technician experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license (motorcycle endorsement preferred) Manufacturer certifications (a plus but not required) Own tools required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Paid manufacturer training and certification opportunities Employee discounts on motorcycles, parts, and apparel Career advancement opportunities Supportive, team-oriented environment If you're committed to craftsmanship and want to work on legendary motorcycles while building your career, apply today.
