  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Marine Technician to join our dynamic team dedicated to maintaining and repairing a wide range of marine vessels and equipment.
In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and performing repairs on marine engines, electrical systems, mechanical components, and structural elements. Your expertise will ensure that all vessels operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge marine technology while delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive inspections of marine vessels, including engines, electrical systems, and structural elements. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using schematics, precision measuring instruments such as calipers and ohmmeters, and diagnostic tools. Perform repairs and maintenance tasks utilizing hand tools and power tools. Execute rigging procedures for vessel assembly or repair projects with attention to safety and precision. Maintain detailed records of all service activities, including troubleshooting steps, repairs performed, and parts used. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the service process. Experience Proven service technician experience in marine or heavy equipment maintenance is highly preferred. Familiarity with schematics reading, electrical systems troubleshooting, and mechanical assembly is essential. Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance is desirable. Knowledge of rigging procedures and heavy lifting techniques ensures safe handling of large components. Demonstrated ability to work with hand tools and power tools. Strong customer service skills combined with sales aptitude will help foster positive client relationships while promoting our services.
