Starting Pay:
$20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule:
We prioritize work-life balance Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30

Role Overview:
We are looking for an Installation Technician who is good-natured, motivated, and has a reason to come to work. This person would also need to be reliable, arrive on time, and want to be part of a growing company that is going places. Goal-oriented employees will find advancement opportunities. In this role, you'll be working hands-on, performing installations and diagnostics, while ensuring a high level of quality and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and wire dash panels. Install and wire sensitive marine electronics. Perform basic 12V electrical diagnostics. Route, secure, and connect hydraulic steering lines. Install cockpit hardtops.
Required Experience and Skills:
Mechanically inclined. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and diagrams. Knowledge of proper wire gauge selection and safety practices. Proficiency in analyzing, problem-solving, and repairing 12-volt issues. Capability to strip and properly crimp wires. Ability to measure accurately using a tape measure. Knowledge of screw types and sizes. Able to perform basic hydraulic connections.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of fiberglass techniques is a plus.
Safety Requirements:
Physically able to perform lifting, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs. Comfortable working in confined spaces. Able to lift 50 lbs. safely.
Tool Requirements:
Must possess a cordless drill set and basic hand tools.
